Refund Policy

At Carpet Corner, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please refer to the following refund policy:

1. General Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with this policy, and all refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate any refund requests.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Delivery or Installation: If you wish to cancel an order before the delivery or installation has occurred, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a full refund of the product cost, minus any applicable delivery or handling charges.

  • After Delivery or Installation: Orders for goods and services that have been delivered or installed are generally non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or there is a breach of contract.

3. Faulty Goods

  • If the product you received is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We require that you inform us within 30 days of receiving the goods if you believe there is an issue. We will arrange for an inspection of the faulty goods and, if confirmed, a replacement or full refund will be offered.

  • If the fault is confirmed after 30 days, we may still offer a repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.

4. Custom Rugs and Runners

Once measurements and specifications have been confirmed, or once payment has been made, custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven to be faulty.

5. Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products where there is a change of mind, so please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

  • This excludes products that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

6. Fitting Charges

Fitting charges are non-refundable except in cases where goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. In the event of a refund, only the cost of the goods will be refunded, and fitting charges will not be refunded unless a fault is found with the installation itself.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our team at the contact details below. Please include your invoice number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

8. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, it will be processed promptly. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

9. Exceptions

Certain products, including special orders, sale items, or goods that have been personalised, are non-refundable except where required by law.
